The changes introduced have been discussed multiple times with the business community at the platforms of the Expert-Consultative Council for the Implementation of Customs Policy under the FCS of Russia and the Public Council under the FCS of Russia, and have undergone a public discussion procedure. The next step is registration with the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
